PayPal Auto-Renewal Policy
PayPal offers auto-renewal as a convenience service. Auto-renewal is offered through PayPal. Please manage and monitor all payment settings through PayPal. The Chamber assumes no responsibility for managing, monitoring, or deactivating auto-renewal settings on individual member accounts. The Chamber has no access to your PayPal or settings.
Key Policy Points:

Members must manage their own PayPal auto-renewal preferences directly through their PayPal account settings

To disable auto-renewal: Log into PayPal → Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments → Select merchant → Cancel

The Chamber does not receive notification of member cancellation requests or changes

Members remain responsible for all charges until auto-renewal is deactivated in their PayPal account

Contact PayPal directly for billing disputes or subscription management assistance
