No experience required. All registrants will run/walk at their own pace.
REGISTRATION OPENS: 8:00AM
The 1 mile-long run/walk will take place within Hartley Park, Gramatan Ave Mount Vernon, NY 10550. Directional signage and staffers will display the race routes.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION: On-site registration is $30 per racer.
All registrants receive a water bottle. *While supplies last.
Racers may pick up their running/walking materials at the information desk near the gazebo in Hartley Park. All registrants must sign a waiver in order to receive their race packet.
The minimum age for racers is 8. Children under 8 may participate in the family walk.
All race participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner towards their fellow racers, event staffers, race officials, volunteers, and spectators.
Race rules and regulations will be announced.

Race Check-in: 8:00AM
Zone Activities: 10:00AM – 5:00PM
By Metro North: Harlem Line to Mount Vernon East. It’s a 10 minute walk from the station. Other options include taking a taxi, Uber, or Lyft.
From the South: Take the FDR Dr N to I-87 N. Follow I-87 N to Exit 4 (Cross County Mall). Merge right towards Kimball Ave. Take the Kimball Ave exit. Continue straight. Turn right onto Gramatan Ave. Take Gramatan Ave to E Lincoln Ave. The park is visible at the water fountain.
From the North: Take I-287 E to exit 9N-9S for Hutchinson Pkwy toward Whitestone Bridge/Merritt Pkwy. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Hutchinson River Pkwy and merge onto Westchester Ave. Take the Hutchinson Pkwy S ramp to Whitestone Bridge. Merge onto Hutchinson River Pkwy S. Keep left at the fork to continue on Cross County Pkwy, follow signs for George Washington Bridge. Take exit 8 to merge onto NY-22 S/N Columbus Ave. Merge onto NY-22 S/N Columbus Ave at the right of the fork. Turn right onto E Lincoln Ave. Proceed to Hartley Park
Subway: Take the 2 train to the final stop (241st St/Wakefield). Then, take the #5 bus to 5th Ave. The Chase bank will be your landmark. Walk 10 min to the park.
Please secure all items before entering the park. Small pouches are encouraged but subject to check by the Mount Vernon Police Department. Recommending but not responsible for items left within your personal vehicles.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the park.
Food & Beverage: Bins with complimentary fruits and refreshments are located throughout the park.
Parking: There is free street parking surrounding the park.
